CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE policy 

We respectfully ask that you give us a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment. 50% of service(s) cost will be charged for any late cancellation or no-show appointment. Also, please make sure your hair is long enough or the cancellation policy will apply.
