Welcome to Eldo Waxing! Now serving Boulder and Evergreen.
Meet Ray
Ray Bacchus, Licensed Esthetician since 2007
Every day, I feel so grateful to be doing what I do. My customers are amazing (mostly), and I love providing, in anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour, a renewed sense of beauty.
I started this business in 2008 with a commitment to provide the same fabulous waxing you would get at a spa, but without all the “fluff.” Skipping the lemon water, herbal teas, and terry robes helps me keep waxing affordable so smooth skin doesn’t have to be a special occasion.
Most of my business comes from repeat customers and referrals, so I suspect they’re pretty happy, too. I measure my success by their results and their continued trust in me.
Over the years, my business took me from Boulder to Evergreen, where I was voted Best of the Best in the Canyon Courier’s Readers’ Choice awards two years in a row. Now I’m back where it all started, in Boulder, and excited for this next chapter.
In 2016, I founded Gritty Pittie Rescue, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pit bull rescue. My own pack once included 11 dogs. These days, I share my home with Eddie and Zero. I teach Riot Dance Fitness in Boulder. I’m a widow warrior, a breast cancer survivor, and I love spending time with my dogs, family, and friends.
